A fusion of aerobics and toning exercises to keep the heart rate up, burn fat faster and sculpt your body by abdominal toning working at your own level.

General Information
  • One hour interval fitness class with instructor Eileen Canzonari
  • At least one set of dumb bell are needed.
  • Mats are optional.
  • Register for both Monday and Wednesday and save money! 2x week fee R $80 / NR $95 Discount applied at checkout.
  • Walk-ins are $10, please pay instructor day of class.
